Viral: Video of how unhygienically Manchurian is made is the last last thing we want to see!

Thanks to social media, we often get to have a reality check on how food is made in restaurants, cafes, and at those popular street food joints. Sadly, the situations often disappoint us with their hygiene levels and how many of them use substandard products, which ultimately harms the body.

The most recent addition to the list of unhygienic food preparations is a food joint in Surat, where a 500 kg batch of Manchurian was being made with the lowest levels of hygiene.The viral video was shared on Instagram by the handle @the__bearded__foodie , which has garnered 217,444 likes and over 5.1 million views. As we look at the video, the production begins with a group of men chopping veggies on a cutting board, and they do not even wash the knives of veggies. Later, they mix the veggies with salt and refined flour to form a thick paste. The mixing is also done with bare hands, and then they make the Manchurian balls and skillfully fry them.
