As we look at the video, the production begins with a group of men chopping veggies on a cutting board, and they do not even wash the knives of veggies. Later, they mix the veggies with salt and refined flour to form a thick paste. The mixing is also done with bare hands, and then they make the Manchurian balls and skillfully fry them.
