After going viral with his morning routine, Ashton Hall unveils his night schedule, leaves the internet in awe
After receiving an overwhelming response to his meticulously crafted morning routine, fitness influencer Ashton Hall has now unveiled his much-anticipated 'night routine' on social media. Designed to promote relaxation and prepare him for an early rise at 3:50 am, his evening regimen begins precisely at 5:02 pm.
Hall got viral overnight after posting his morning routine where he gets up unbelievably early before 4am in the morning, dunks his face in a bowl of cold water, does some intense workouts, and rubs banana peels on his face. He is also seen meditating, journaling and swimming. The routine got a mixed response from netizens. Some thought it was bizarre, while others appreciated his dedication. The eclectic mix of these diverse morning habits left people intrigued.
The morning routine video starts with Hall peeling off his mouthtape, which is believed to reduce snoring and improve sleep apnea. The 'prequel' video takes a sneak peek at his bedtime routine that includes his now famous 'banana facial', mouthtaping, and reading bible before hitting the bed at 7:30 pm.
It's clear that Hall doesn't compromise either with the sleep quality (mouthtaping) or quantity.

How netizens are reacting

While many people still don't agree with the utility of his morning or night routines, some of them are praising his consistency.
"Got to give him credit. As much as I don't think the content is useful nor would I follow it he encapsulates being ready and consistency which is what most of success is ie no one would watch if he wasn't physically very fit - and that would not be easy to do and then despite being laughed at you keep going," a user said.
"So he films himself at 100 angles, takes baths, lights candles for himself in the bath, and then tapes his mouth shut and goes to sleep at 7. No self respecting man does any of this," wrote another user.

"Although not many men are into taking baths, doing so before bed is incredibly beneficial. The initial rise and subsequent drop in body temperature after a bath sends a signal to the body that it's time to sleep," a X user said in support of Hall's night routine.
"I don't get it. How did he get rich, I do wonder. $2000 Bitcoin in 2012? Doubt his "routine" has anything to do with it," another one wondered.
Here's the answer. Let's see how Hall earns his living.

Hall, a Jacksonville, Florida native, played as a running back for First Coast High School’s American football team before continuing his athletic career at Alcorn State University in Mississippi. Aspiring to join the NFL, he signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2010 but was eventually released, according to The Sun.
“My ultimate dream was to make it to the NFL – from the age of five to 23. At 23, I realised that wasn’t happening, God had different plans,” Hall was quoted by Daily Mail as saying.
Hall then took up a job moving furniture, earning $200 a day, but found himself dissatisfied with the pay.
“This is not NFL money,” he said. “I cannot take care of my family and I can’t help people I want to help.”
Hall then found his calling as a personal trainer. He started creating and posting workout videos on social media during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
“You see, my fans appreciated the inspiration, they adored my athletic journey, and they wished they knew what I did to get to where I’m at,” Hall said in an interview with The Ritz Herald.

Hall's response to his viral fame

“So many videos are being sent to me, duplicates of my video. This is for the creators sick and tired of their work being copied…If you’re going to be a leader, then people will follow you. I realized that God has me here to lead, not to follow anyone… I used to block anyone who was doing anything similar to me…then I realized people follow Jesus. Why? Because he was great. As a Christian man, why are you angry if they’re following you?” he wrote on social media.
