Ingredients required

200 gms paneer, 1/2 bottle gourd, 1/4 cup kuttu atta, 4 tbsp coriander leaves, 2, green chilli, 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1 tsp black pepper,sendha namak to taste, water as required, and ghee for cooking

Step 1

Peel and grate bottle gourd into a deep mixing bowl.

Also, grate paneer into the same bowl and give it a mix.

To this, add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, kuttu flour, cumin powder, back pepper powder, and sendha namak. Mix well.

Add water and mix well until you have a thick batter of pouring consistency.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter of chilla and spread out to forma chilla.

Cook on medium heat from both sides using enough ghee.
